Severe symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps have been reported at the all inclusive 4-star Reserve Paradisus Palma Real Hotel. The resort has five a la carte restaurants and two poolside buffet restaurants. Guests claim that food was left out and open to fly and bird contamination. Poor standards of food and hygiene are thought to be linked to severe symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
