We are continuing to read reports of illness at the Gran Bahia Principe La Romana Hotel in Dominican Republic after earlier reports of food poisoning in December 2011.
We are reading reports on internet review site, TripAdvisor suggesting that holidaymakers staying at the Gran Bahia Principe La Romana in La Romana, Dominican Republic, during the month of January 2012 have suffered a holiday illness, consisting of sickness and stomach cramps.
This hotel is promoted by First Choice Holidays amongst others. The Gran Bahia Principe La Romana is an all inclusive 4 star hotel and is situated in extensive grounds on Montero Beach, between San Pedro de Macoris and La Romana and 50 minutes from Santo Domingo. Holidaymakers have complained of lack of food hygiene which is thought may have caused symptoms of sickness and stomach cramps.
