Guests at the all-inclusive Radisson BLU Hotel suffered symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps, which are being linked to Salmonella, Campylobacter and E.coli. Very poor standards of hygiene have been reported in the buffet restaurant at the Radisson BLU, and food was left uncovered for long periods of time.
