Guests are reported to have suffered symptoms of severe diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps, thought to be linked to poor standards of food and hygiene.Advertised and promoted by Thomas Cook, the Tropitel Naama Bay is an all inclusive 3-star hotel, just 200 metres from a private beach.
The resort facilities include several restaurants, including a main buffet restaurant. Holidaymakers complained of food being left uncovered and open to contamination by flies and birds.
