Illness reports at Sunrise Royal Makadi Egypt

AUGUST 2010

Holidaymakers returning from the Sunrise Royal Makadi Hotel in Egypt have complained of holiday illness at the resort during June, 2010.
Sunrise Royal Makadi
Guests have suffered symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps, vomiting and fever, and poor standards of food and hygiene are thought to be to blame. Food poisoning is suspected.

Thomas Cook promotes the Sunrise Makadi Hotel, and holidaymakers have bought claims against the tour operator with our help. Tour operators should never expose holidaymakers to food poisoning on holiday, and if they are proved to be negligent, substantial amounts of compensation should be forthcoming.

The Package Travel Regulations of 1992 enable holidaymakers to claim compensation against tour operators when they return to the UK, if they have suffered illness as a result of poor standards of hygiene or food.

If you have stayed at the Hotel Sunrise Makadi recently, and you have contracted any type of holiday illness, including Salmonella food poisoning, E.Coli, Campylobacter or Gastric Illness, we can help you claim compensation. Anne Thomson is Head of our Holiday Claims Department and she has successfully handled millions of pounds worth of holiday illness claims. We work on a no win, no fee basis, and you keep 100% of the compensation. Call Anne on: 080001 54321 or fill in the online claim form.
