We have read recent reports on TripAdvisor which suggest holidaymakers have become ill after staying at the Barcelo Tucancun Beach Hotel in Cancun, Mexico during March 2012. Symptoms included severe diarrhoea.
The Barcelo Tucancun Beach Hotel is promoted by Thomas Cook Holidays amongst others. The hotel is an all inclusive 3-star hotel with a beach-front location.
Holidaymakers have complained that food was of poor quality and hygiene levels were not acceptable resulting in diarrhoea and illness amongst guests.
