Holiday illness has been reported at the Hotel Paradise Island in Lanzarote on internet review site, TripAdvisor in April, 2010.
The Hotel Paradise in Lanzarote is promoted by Thomas Cook and Sunset, and is situated in Playa Blanca. Guests have complained of poor standards of food and hygiene at the hotel, thought to be linked to outbreaks of food poisoning.
Other reports included complaints of dirty tables in the restaurant, food served lukewarm, and food left uncovered and exposed to contamination by flies and other insects.
