Following a previous outbreak of illness at the Aqua Fantasy Aqua Park in Kusadasi, Turkey, in September, 2009, we have received more reports of illness in May, 2011.
Guests have suffered symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness, thought to be linked to poor standards of food and hygiene at the hotel. Some holidaymakers were diagnosed with Cryptosporidium when they returned to the UK, which can be caused by ingesting contaminated food or water.
