We have been instructed by holidaymakers who have suffered Salmonella food poisoning at the Hotel Turquoise in Olu Deniz, Turkey during May, 2011.
Holidaymakers became ill with symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea during their holiday, and Salmonella was later confirmed by a doctor in the UK.
The Hotel Turquoise began to offer all inclusive packages in Summer 2011 and reports stated that staff were clearly unable to cope. One complaint on internet review site, Trip Advisor, stated: “The standard and variety of food was sacrificed to cope with the all-inclusive status of the hotel.”
Other complaints mentioned that food was served ´lukewarm´ and a ´rat was seen running down the inside wall of the bar area.”
